Change of Mind Returns
At Green Earth Lighting, we understand that sometimes things change. If you’ve ordered a product that no longer meets your needs, or was incorrectly ordered, you may return it within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
Please note the following conditions:
Return Shipping: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including the original cost to ship the product to you—even if free or discounted shipping applied at checkout.
Product Condition: Items must be returned in “as new” condition, in their original packaging, and must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and not installed. Packaging must be intact and in re-sellable condition. Damage to the product or its packaging may affect your eligibility for a refund.
How to Lodge a Return: To initiate a return, please submit a request via your account or contact us directly at accounts@greenearth.net.au.
Refund Options for Approved Change of Mind Returns:

Valid for 6 months, equal to the product value (excluding shipping costs)

If you wish to cancel an order due to a change of mind or incorrect selection, you may do so only within 24 hours of placing your order and if the items have not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the request will be treated as a Change of Mind Return (see above).

Do not book electricians or installers until you have received and inspected your items.Green Earth Lighting is not liable for any costs incurred due to delayed, incorrect, or damaged deliveries.
Delivery delays caused by courier issues, unforeseen circumstances, or customer unavailability do not qualify for cancellations, returns or refunds.
Green Earth Lighting doesnot deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a valid street address for smooth delivery.
Should the courier consider the location unsafe to leave the parcel, they may leave a card for collection at a nearby depot. Collecting the parcel will be the customer’s responsibility.
