For security reasons, we are unable to process orders over the phone. This policy is in place to protect your sensitive information, including credit card details, which should not be shared verbally.

It is necessary for you to bear the cost of shipping the product. We suggest utilising a shipping provider that offers tracking information. Green Earth will not be held accountable for missing packages. Please refer to our returns policy.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Our shipping policy can be found here.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. For express shipping orders we use the fastest courier delivery service to your location.

Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days, but we do not offer exchanges. For more information, please refer to our full return policy available here.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us through our contact us page immediately. However, please keep in mind that some orders are shipped very soon after the placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel or change them.

Please allow 1-7 business days for your return to be delivered to the Green Earth’s warehouse. Once it's received and inspected (typically within 48 hours of arrival), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-6 business days for the credit to post to your account after it's been applied. You'll receive an email confirmation once the credit has been processed.

You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on the “My Account” link located at the top right corner of any page on www.greenearth.net.au. Once logged in, you’ll have access to all your order details.

Additionally, you will receive email notifications with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

After your order ships, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Simply click the link in the email to visit our tracking page.
