Plug & Play DIY Installation
The kit is pre-wired and ready to install. Simply position the strip, connect the supplied components and plug the power supply into an existing Australian power point.

- Clean and dry the mounting surface.
- Peel away the adhesive backing.
- Press the COB strip firmly into position.
- Plug the kit into an Australian power socket.
- Switch it on.

What is the difference between COBRA Core and COBRA ALU?
COBRA Core includes the high-output COB strip and plug-in power system, but does not include aluminium profile or diffuser. COBRA ALU adds the aluminium profile and diffuser for a more finished installation.
Is COBRA Core bright enough for task lighting?
Yes. At approximately 1,160 lumens per metre, COBRA Core is significantly brighter than many standard DIY strip kits and is suitable for task lighting as well as feature lighting.
How bright is the 10 metre kit?
At approximately 1,160 lumens per metre, a full 10 metre installation provides approximately 11,600 lumens of total light output.
Is the strip dotless?
Yes. COB technology produces a smooth continuous line of light with far less visible spotting than conventional LED strip.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. The kit is pre-wired and designed to plug into an existing Australian power point, making it suitable for DIY installation.

Which kit length should I choose?

Change of Mind Returns
At Green Earth Lighting, we understand that sometimes things change. If you’ve ordered a product that no longer meets your needs, or was incorrectly ordered, you may return it within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Return Shipping: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including the original cost to ship the product to you—even if free or discounted shipping applied at checkout.

Product Condition: Items must be returned in “as new” condition, in their original packaging, and must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and not installed. Packaging must be intact and in re-sellable condition. Damage to the product or its packaging may affect your eligibility for a refund.

If you wish to cancel an order due to a change of mind or incorrect selection, you may do so only within 24 hours of placing your order and if the items have not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the request will be treated as a Change of Mind Return (see above).

- Do not book electricians or installers until you have received and inspected your items. Green Earth Lighting is not liable for any costs incurred due to delayed, incorrect, or damaged deliveries.
- Delivery delays caused by courier issues, unforeseen circumstances, or customer unavailability do not qualify for cancellations, returns or refunds.
- Green Earth Lighting does not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a valid street address for smooth delivery.
- Should the courier consider the location unsafe to leave the parcel, they may leave a card for collection at a nearby depot. Collecting the parcel will be the customer’s responsibility.
