Mini Aluminium Profile for 3mm & 5mm LED Strip
This narrow LED profile has been designed for installations where space is limited. Its miniature format makes it an excellent choice for 3mm ultra-slim COB strip and 5mm mini COB LED strip, allowing you to create linear lighting in areas where conventional aluminium channels may be too wide.
The compact profile is especially useful for custom cabinetry, display shelving, wardrobes, furniture, kitchen joinery and architectural details where maintaining a discreet appearance is important.
Clean Surface-Mounted Installation
The profile is designed for simple surface mounting, so there is no need to cut a recessed channel into cabinetry or furniture. The supplied mounting clips can be screwed to the mounting surface before the aluminium profile is snapped securely into position.
For suitable smooth surfaces, the profile may alternatively be installed using quality 3M double-sided mounting tape, allowing an even cleaner installation where drilling is undesirable. Mounting tape is not included unless specifically stated.

Easy DIY Installation
Step 1 – Measure and mark: Measure the required installation area and mark the mounting position.
Step 2 – Install the mounting clips: Secure the supplied clips to the mounting surface using suitable screws. Alternatively, an appropriate 3M double-sided mounting tape may be used on compatible surfaces.
Step 3 – Install the LED strip: Remove the adhesive backing from your LED strip and carefully position the strip along the centre of the aluminium channel.
Step 4 – Fit the diffuser: Press the diffused cover into position along the profile until it is securely seated.
Step 5 – Mount the profile: Press the assembled aluminium profile into the mounting clips.
Step 6 – Fit the end caps: Install the supplied end caps for a clean and professional finish.
Step 7 – Connect the lighting: Connect your LED strip to the correctly rated LED driver or control system and test the installation.
