Change of Mind Returns
At Green Earth Lighting, we understand that sometimes things change. If you’ve ordered a product that no longer meets your needs, or was incorrectly ordered, you may return it within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
Please note the following conditions:

Return Shipping: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including the original cost to ship the product to you—even if free or discounted shipping applied at checkout.

Product Condition: Items must be returned in “as new” condition, in their original packaging, and must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and not installed. Packaging must be intact and in re-sellable condition. Damage to the product or its packaging may affect your eligibility for a refund.

How to Lodge a Return: To initiate a return, please submit a request via your account or contact us directly at accounts@greenearth.net.au.
Refund Options for Approved Change of Mind Returns:

100% Store Credit
Valid for 6 months, equal to the product value (excluding shipping costs)

Refund to Original Payment Method
Subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the product value
Items Excluded from Change of Mind Returns:
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order due to a change of mind or incorrect selection, you may do so only if the items have not yet been dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the request will be treated as a Change of Mind Return (see above).

All return or cancellation requests, including reports of damaged or missing items, must be submitted in writing via email to accounts@greenearth.net.au within the specified timeframe.
